Setting Up Forge
Okay so to start off you need to create a new folder on your desktop, this can be called anything.
Next, go to http://files.minecraftforge.net/ and download the 1.7.10 src.
I would also recommend installing WinRAR, but it isn't necessary.
Once you have downloaded the src, double click it - it should show a bunch of files and folders.
All you need to do is highlight everything in this folder and drag it to the folder you just made.
Simple enough to start off with.
Now, in the same folder, make a new text document - call it setupDecompWorkspace.
It that text document type : 'gradlew setupDecompWorkspace', save it as a batch (.bat) file.
Again, make a new text document but this time type : 'gradlew eclipse', save it as a batch file again.
Now if you run the setupDecompWorkspace first, once that's done run the next one.
There, Minecraft Forge 1.7.10 is open.
(Just so you know, when you open up eclipse, click browse for workspace - find the folder you made and inside of it there should be a folder called eclipse, select that as your workspace)
